We just keep fitting more and more floors!
The first few months for E&M Services have been really busy. We have been carrying out lots of fabulous flooring installations across Coventry, Warwickshire, Birmingham and the West Midlands. We are lucky to have a great client base who always keep us busy this time of year. For those of you who don’t know our business we are a family flooring and maintenance company based in Coventry. We do all kinds of interior works ranging from flooring installations to painting and decorating. We supply and install suspended ceilings, we carry out electrical installations and are always fitting new doors and worktops across the midlands.
E&M Services specialises in commercial flooring which includes seamless flooring, vinyl, linoleum, LVT, Karndean and of course carpets, carpet tiles and barrier flooring. In addition to this we carry out our own subfloor preparation, we have poured thousands of litres of smoothing compound over the last few months in buildings including schools, colleges, police stations, hospitals and offices.
We have been fitting, what seems like miles of carpet tiles, to offices, corridors and staircases across the West Midlands. Birmingham seems to be a hot bed of refurbishment work at the moment and we have been contributing by fitting some great floors across the city. Coventry is our home and we are always fitting floors in our beloved Coventry and Warwickshire. We have decades of experience of fitting flooring to lots of Coventry’s schools and colleges as well as to our hospital and healthcare facilities. We are pleased to have some great fitters who always do us proud. We are presently working nights at one of our regular hospitals installing Whiterock hygenic wall cladding and carrying out decorating works for them too. E&M Services will work at the times our clients need us to, making us a 24/7 operation for much of the year. We are always available when they need us.
We have also been busy doing a really interesting Church decorating project recently. This has been a really fascinating project. Old buildings need special care and this is always guaranteed by E&M Services. We have been prepping old lime plaster, cleaning down some very dusty and high areas and applying gallons of beautiful specialist paint to the churches walls. Our painters have decades of experience so please do not hesitate to get in touch if we can be of assistance.
E&M Services has also been carrying out a large electrical installation for a local charity in Hillfields. We have been installing new lighting to a community halls, reception and toilet facilities. The new lighting has made all of the difference to the building users as the LED light fittings provide a much better light than the old fittings did.
At E&M Services, we never take our work for granted. We are always looking to make new contacts and looking for new customers who hopefully will stay with us for years to come. Many of our clients have been giving us repeat business for over twenty years. We have been working on a lot of vinyl flooring installations for St. Cross Hospital in Rugby recently. We have had our guys on site day and night working around our clients’ needs. In addition to all this E&M Services has been installing some fabulous window blinds across Coventry City to schools and colleges. Finally, we have been working with some local charities to help them with funding bids. This has included working with a local charity to win funds for an inclusive, disabled kitchen. We should be carrying out this installation in April having helped our client to secure the much needed funding for this venture. This project involves stripping out a well-used commercial kitchen, updating the electrics, plastering, gas and plumbing alterations, hygienic wall cladding, suspended ceiling, new safety flooring, new entrance doors and a fully integrated kitchen. It will be great to update the facility to help disabled people really gain the benefit of a fully functioning inclusive kitchen.
